Eating healthy has been an adventure; I am really pleased with all the new characters that I have encountered during this fun process. Oh, incidentally, all the fun characters are vaious versions of Me that have been transformed and have become more vibrant.
I am really fired up about this eating healthy project. It has been a blast—- the most fun I’ve had with food in a long time. I am having more fun than the law would allow. I am by no means an expert on healthy eating or weight management. I am smart enough to know that even a simple plan can be successful and uplifting. Detoxing with vegetarian meals is the best way to get started. This will reset you metabolism and knock off 1/2 to 1 pound per day. Each detox should be done for 5-10 days. Consult your doctor to get the go-ahead and for assistance in monitoring your results.
